There are some essential informations you must know for the race.
As we've already said, if you have any doubts do not hesitate to ask questions here below in this topic.
- About the PLR
It is of the highest matter that all the pilots and teams running for this event, are correctly registered. You all have to respect this procedure procedure so that the live standing works perfectly. We hardly insist that, as Team Manager, your responsibility is engaged so that your team is correctly registered. If one of your pilots does not appear in the ‘Free run’ classification when he runs on servers, you may pay attention to check his correct registration. You must be sure that your team and pilots are correctly registered before the race. During the event, we won’t be able to do any modifications.
These last days, many drivers are still not correctly recorded, it is important to fix this otherwise it will be very problematic for the race. You can see errors here:

- Start Procedure (1rst session)
-You must be connected to servers at least 10 minutes before the start hour of your session. If you come late, it won’t be possible to enter on the servers.
-For the 1rst session, the starting grid will be reorganized by administrators during the qualification session (between free run session and race session). This will take approximately 15 minutes. We insist that it will be forgiven to run out of the pits during this period. If this rule is not respected the pilot will start from the bottom of the grid.
With this operation, pilots will be positioned on the grid relatively to the qualification classification.
-As for race tests, there will be a rolling start. When the start signal is green, do not move from your position! The marshal in the safety car will take the lead and make a warm up lap at the speed of 100/120 km/h. As a piece of advice, you should keep a safe distance between you and other cars to avoid any contact.
At the end of this warm up lap, the safety car enter the pit and you are allowed to begin your race.
- Relay procedure ( Session 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 )
-As for the start session, you must be connected to servers at least 10 minutes before the start hour your session. If you come late, it won’t be possible to enter on the servers.
-Classification on the grid does not correspond anymore with the real race classification. So, At the green light ( There is no Warm up lap ).
Cars are automatically positioned along the pit wall (one behind another).
- WARNING: YOU SHOULD NOT MOVE FROM YOUR POSITION BEFORE THE GREEN
LIGH, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED (DQ)!
- You should not put you on the cob even after the green light.
- You do not move no matter what.
- There is no warm-up lap.
You’ll can ONLY start your race from the “go signal” given by your team-mate on Team
Speak.
- Remember that you have nothing else to do.
- Disconnected or DNF Teams pilots will start on the « TOP DECO » given on TS and on
the game CHAT, 1 minute 30 secondes after the first start of the related session.
If those rules are not observed, the team could draw a penalty of several laps.
- Night sessions
-If your two front lights are broken, Marshals will ask you to fix them as soon as possible. You will have 3 laps to enter the pits and do it. A broken headlight is tolerated, but if both are broken, you must pit to repair !

- Procedure in case of major trouble
If there is a trouble with servers during a session and considering the time of the session, the race could be either relaunched for the time needed to complete 3 hours, or cancelled. In this last case, the result of the session will be erased.
Servers will be prepared for the next sessions which will start at the time defined by the initial schedule. If this happens, the start procedure is: the first pilot makes a warm up lap at the speed of 120km/h and the race start at the end of this lap. The procedure is the same as for the first session; expect there won’t be safety car.
By proceeding this way, the live standing will work again.
- Team Speak
You will have to use TeamSpeak for this event. Many information will be given with TeamSpeak.

Administrators will be connected on the channel ‘Admin & Orga’.
We thank you not to enter this channel every 5 minutes to ask a question that you can give answer by reading the rule. The organizing team will have a lot of work to do, especially between two sessions! So, please only come if you have big trouble entering the servers. We also insist that we are not wizards, if your GTR2 and GTWeb Endurance Mod are not correctly installed, we won’t be able to help you.
That’s why we ask Team Manager, to check that everything works correctly for their pilot BEFORE THE RACE!!! and we invite you to have an offline test to practice start procedure and relay procedure for example.
A last, all the people working in this organization are not easy with English language. If you have problem to communicate with us, try to say clearly your team name and that you have a problem that you will report on the forum. We will try to check the forum as often as possible to help you.
